Andrew Rymer is the Founder of Lith Token. He is responsible for overseeing all facets of the project, including but not limited to; marketing/advertising, legal, development, transparency and partnerships. Prior to starting Lith Token, Andrew sourced acquisition opportunities and developed relationships with oil and gas, mineral & royalty buyers as a partner at Boomslang Resources. During his time at Boomslang, Andrew was involved in over $100M of asset acquisitions with mineral and royalty funds backed by the likes of the Canadian Pension Fund, the London Pension Fund, and Apollo Global Management. With the energy transition in full effect, Andrew made his move into the lithium industry through an investment into Ensorcia Metals in 2020. After immersing himself in the industry to fully understand the opportunities available with ESG investing and cryptocurrency combined, Lith Token was born. Andrew graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Business.
VP - Eco Product Development
Pete Cheatham acts as the VP of Eco-Product Development at Lith Token. He’s leading the product roadmap and partnership sector to drive our “green-oriented” marketplace commitment and vision. Previously, he acted as the VP of Business Development at Buckhorn Resources, sourcing and acquiring over $80M in mineral interests. Pete later founded his own company, Halliday Holdings, specializing in mineral and royalty acquisition while offering title and brokerage services. Pete graduated from The University of Texas with a Degree in Economics.
VP - Community & Social Operations
Lauren Marple is the VP of Community & Social Operations at Lith Token, where she is in charge of creating and expanding our visual brand configuration. Her focus is interaction and engagement across audiences worldwide, helping to support and educate our global community. Lauren brings a decade of effective community building and management experience, with relationship-based roles across various industries including tech, fashion and real estate. She possesses impeccable attention to detail and a fresh, relatable and professional perspective. Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science, Hospitality Administration and Management from the University of Mississippi.
Public Relations Director
Jen was the long-time Head of Public Relations for the Ultimate Fighting Championship® organization. After six years of record accomplishments with the fastest growing sport in the world and 10 years of practicing public relations in New York, Jen started her own practice specializing in combat sports in Las Vegas. She develops and executes public relations plans, generating national and local media exposure, publicity and special events. Jen earned a Bachelor's Degree, Cum Laude, in English and History from Hunter College in New York, and has worked for over 20 years in public relations, namely for the Executive Chamber of New York, Governor George S. Pataki, CBS Corp., and the UFC. Jen holds an Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) from the Public Relations Society of America, a certification she was awarded in 2011.
Mike Pine is an innovative Senior Executive with 20+ years experience holding CRO/Head of Global Sales & Partnerships positions for four separate multi-billion-dollar properties to include; UFC, WWE, FanDuel and Ironman Triathlon. President and Founder of Talon Partnerships & Events LLC, Mike leads a multi-functional consulting, brand partnership and events marketing company, servicing reputable brands and businesses globally. He has vast experience in building, managing and working within high-performing teams, to ensure the highest levels of activations and marketing implementation at both client and agency levels. Mike graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, earning his B.S. in Behavioral Sciences and holds an M.B.A. graduate degree in HR Management from Golden Gate University.
Adam D. Roorda
Adam has a deep understanding of full stack development and is a self taught blockchain enthusiast and technologist who has advised (under contract) to over 24 different clients in the blockchain and cryptocurrency spaces. Adam has over 10 years in the financial and technology industries. He has worked as a freelancer as well as at GammaRay Capital (Crypto Advising), Northwestern Mutual and multiple family offices. In addition to blockchain and finance, Adam’s passion for real time information exchange has been put to good use by providing advisement to many online news companies (even running one of his own— MMA Power Hour) and volunteering to open source efforts within the video technology/ streaming sector.
